Brightergiving sells digital products, including PDF yoga courses and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials.

No Physical Shipping

Our standard products are digital and are not physically shipped.

Therefore:

  • no physical packaging is normally used;

  • no shipping carrier is normally involved;

  • no physical shipping fee applies to standard digital products;

  • no physical tracking number is normally generated; and

  • delivery takes place electronically.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your digital product may be delivered through:

  • a download link displayed after checkout;

  • an email containing a download link;

  • your customer account;

  • an online course platform; or

  • another digital delivery method identified on the applicable product page.

Delivery Time

Digital products are generally made available shortly after successful payment.

In most cases, delivery or access instructions are provided automatically.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • payment processing;

  • technical problems;

  • email filtering or delivery issues;

  • maintenance;

  • security checks; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable law may require digital content to be made available without undue delay after the contract is concluded.

Lost Download Links

If you lose your download link or cannot locate your purchase email, contact us.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement download link or restore access to your purchased content.

Course Access

For online courses, access information may be provided by email or through your customer account.

Course access is intended for the purchaser only and must not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to other individuals except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by Brightergiving.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software can access the digital product before purchasing.

For example:

  • PDF products generally require compatible PDF-reading software;

  • online courses generally require a compatible web browser; and

  • online access generally requires a suitable internet connection.
